Our Broker, Pat Schweigert was awarded Educator of the Year for the year of 2021. In addition to our in-house training programs written by Pat or provided by ERA University, she also writes and instructs CE courses for RSAR.

Combined, our Team has more than 70 years of success in the Real Estate industry and nearly 60 years of Leadership and Management. Realty Central joined ERA back in 1982, providing us and our clients unparalleled technology, tools and support.

I am an active member of several professional organizations. I have both a Broker's license and Property Management permit. I am also in a position of leadership in both personal qualifications and the education of others. This includes the Sierra NV Association of Realtors, Board of Directors, The Northern Nevada Regional MLS Board of Trustees, as well as multiple committees.
